Payment and delivery

Choose a payment method when you place your order. After you confirm your order, our manager will contact you to discuss the details. We accept AED and USD

Cash payments

Payment is made at company's office in cash. You can also place a delivery order. Delivery services are provided by a third party, terms and conditions calculated individually for each client. Note, that delivery fee will be charged additionally.

Payment to checking account

This is the only payment method if the order is issued  to a legal entity. Upon receiving the order, you must prove a power of attorney from the customer organization and present a passport or other identification.

Marketplaces

You can buy devices out of Intelion Data Systems catalog via Dubizzle. The deal is processed according to the terms of that marketplace. Shipping  is automatically calculated and included in the total.

Delivery

We process deliveries Mondays to Fridays from 10am to 7pm. Note, that we require clients to provide any kind of personal ID and receipts upon receiving the order.

Return Policy

If seeking a refund, the customer is to contact the manager who processed the deal. Return or exchange of goods is possible on Company's regulations on the matter. For more information, please contact your manager.
